Sales Tax

Because Heaven's Pennies' operates in California we are required to charge 8.75% sales tax on orders shipped to a California address. Those who live outside of California will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on HeavensPennies.com.

How to Change or Cancel an Order

If your order is still being processed, then we will be happy to modify or cancel it for you. Please email us with your order info available. However, if your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to make revisions, in which case you will need to make a standard return or exchange once you have received your merchandise.

Shipping Policies & Rates

For your convenience, www.HeavensPennies.com offers UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air shipping. Please note that our shipping and delivery days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.  Next Day and 2nd Day Air orders must be placed by NOON (12PM ) Pacific Standard Time to be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after noon on Friday will not be shipped until Monday. Ground shipments should arrive within 10 business days.

We offer three shipping options: Standard, Two Business Day, Next Business Day.
UPS/USPS Ground ($4.95): Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 3-6 business days after receipt of your order.
UPS 2nd Day Air ($15.00): 2 to 3 business days
Next Day Air ($30.00): 1 to 2 business days

Alaska/Hawaii Shipping Rates:

Alaska/Hawaii USPS: $20.00 - 8 to 10 business days

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This shipping confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may visit www.usps.com and enter your tracking number to check the status of your delivery.

This return policy is for Heaven's Pennies' website orders only. Heaven's Pennies' customer satisfaction is a primary goal. Items may be returned or exchanged anytime postmarked within 14 days of your shipping date. Items received after this 14 day period will be charged a 50% restocking fee. Customer refunds do not include the original shipping and handling charges. Returned items must be in unworn and otherwise perfect condition as determined by Heaven's Pennies' customer service department. All customized orders must have prior customer service approval and are sold with an "absolutely no return" stipulation. Returns must be shipped prepaid, insured and in a securely wrapped package.

Sale items are exchangeable only within 14 days - no refunds.
